A: Renewal by Past Members:

For households who were members in 2023, 2024 OR 2025, use the steps and link below for your 2026 renewal.

(If you’re using a different email address than before, such as for a spouse/partner, use the green JOIN NOW button in section B.)

  1. Make sure you are logged into the Members Area of the home page https://dghanews.org 
    • Enter your username/email address AND your password to log in.
    • Don’t recall your password? Click “Lost Password?” and follow the reset instructions.
    • Still having login issues? Contact our Treasurer Larry Coley directly for assistance.
  2. Go to the “My Account” section of the “Members Area” tab at the top. https://dghanews.org/account/ 
    • Follow the easy renewal steps provided.
      • NOTE: If paying by check or Venmo, complete the online form anyway so we have up-to-date database info.
    • Checks for $60 payable to “DGHA” can be mailed to PO Box 381761, Germantown TN 38183-1761
    • To pay by VENMO, our Venmo name is @Dgha-Gtown .

B. For New Members (or Past Members renewing under a different email address):

Click the Green “Join Now” button below, complete the form, and make your payment election.

Your $60 Annual Membership Covers and Includes:

  • Required upkeep at our three brick entrance features on Wolf River Blvd. including landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and seasonal plantings
  • Members-only, family-friendly events such as the Spring Block Party, Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade, Germantown Night Out, Halloween Party, and Cookies with Santa
  • Access to the association website and regular email newsletters detailing events & issues affecting our neighborhood
  • Contests & award eligibility, such as Yard of the Month, Fall/Halloween Yard Display Contest and Annual Holiday Lights Contest
  • Website, insurance, communications, and other necessary costs
    •  Membership Fees are only $60 per year and are due at joining, and then every year in January.
    • Fees are NOT used to cover expenses of neighborhood affinity groups such as Wine Club and Book Club.

Note: New neighbors moving into Dogwood Grove after September are given a complimentary membership through December. For info, please email us at info@dghanews.org.

Those paying annual fees by the 1/31/2026 due date will be eligible for a restaurant gift card drawing!
